How to Reach SUTRA

SUTRA is situated 20 Kms off National Highway No. 22 (Ambala-Kalka-Shimla) and opposite Kasauli (a famous Tourist place). Jagjit Nagar is 45 Kms from Kalka and 70 Kms from Chandigarh, 350 Kms from Delhi.

Train Connections:
There are trains from New Delhi, Mumbai, Howrah/Kolkata and Chandigarh to Kalka. From There one has to travel by road.

Buses
From Delhi:
There are regular buses from ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Chandigarh-Shimla. One need to get down at Dharmpur.

From Chandigarh/Kalka:
All the buses running between Delhi-Shimla and Chandigarh-Shimla stop at Kalka. Please get down at Dharmpur

From Dharmpur:
There are 6 regular buses in a day, from Dharmpur to Jagjit Nagar or take a shared Taxi from Dharmpur to Garkhal and from Garkhal to Jagjit Nagar shared Taxi services are available.

By Air:

Chandigarh is the main Airport whilst Shimla is sub-airport.
There are regular flights from Delhi/Mumbai for Chandigarh. From Chandigarh Airport, regular taxi services available for Jagjit Nagar.
